Our Handmade soaps are made the old fashioned way, the way your grandmother would have made soap. We use time honored techniques that involve careful measuring and mixing of the ingredients, and then having patience to wait up to 4 weeks for the soap to cure.
Making handmade soap is a task that must be done with great patience and care and can never be rushed. We ensure that each and every batch of soap is properly cured prior to being wrapped and shipped to you. Because we can't rush the process each bar of handmade soap is truly a work of love, patience and time.
We use only high quality ingredients, make them in small batches and each batch is tested for quality before sold.
All of our soaps, except our Castille soap, are made with Canola Oil, Soy Bean Oil, and Coconut Oil.
Our Castille soap is made with pure olive oil, unlike many others on the market which contain only a small percent of olive oil. 100% olive oil Castille soap does not lather like most soap, but is a “slippery” soap. While it does not later our Castille Soap does clean thoroughly and will leave your skin clean and soft. All other handmade soaps contain coconut oil which makes them lather.
No artificial colors are added to our handmade soaps. The colors in them are the result of the ingredients and process used to make them.
We never test our products on animals, only ourselves! All of our soaps are made with vegetable and nut oils, never with animal products.
